Jerwood Space
Fin 2024, nous avons achevé la production sur mesure de nouvelles fenêtres et portes pour Jerwood Space, situé sur Union Street, à Londres. Le site est désormais entièrement terminé. Ce fut un projet formidable. Le cahier des charges exigeait des solutions sur mesure respectant le caractère du bâtiment tout en améliorant ses performances. Nous sommes fiers d’avoir contribué à la création d’un espace qui joue un rôle essentiel dans la communauté créative britannique.
The Mansion
En 2018, BOISROIS a eu le privilège de produire des fenêtres et des portes sur mesure pour un grand manoir classé Grade II à Sandbach, transformé en 17 appartements de luxe. Le projet exigeait des fenêtres qui préservent le charme historique du manoir tout en offrant le confort et l’efficacité attendus dans des espaces de vie modernes.
Pour cette propriété élégante, nous avons fabriqué 96 fenêtres à guillotine coulissante, conçues pour refléter le design d’origine et préserver le caractère architectural qui définit ce bâtiment remarquable. Nous avons également produit 12 portes d’entrée et portes-fenêtres sur mesure, chacune adaptée pour compléter l’esthétique majestueuse du manoir.
Grâce à des techniques de vitrage avancées, nous avons pu atteindre une excellente efficacité thermique et une isolation phonique supérieure, alliant l’attrait classique à la performance moderne. Ce projet souligne l’engagement de Boisrois à marier le style traditionnel avec des solutions de fenêtres de pointe, ajoutant de la valeur aux propriétés patrimoniales de caractère.

Nous vous présentons notre projet sur Cromwell Road à South Kensington, un quartier prestigieux, connu pour ses liens avec la royauté et son architecture victorienne époustouflante. Ce projet de rénovation et d’extension transforme le bâtiment en un luxueux logement étudiant avec 119 chambres, des espaces communs et une Mews House convertie à l’arrière.
BOISROIS est fier de produire les fenêtres et les portes de ce bâtiment historique. Compte tenu de l’emplacement, un vitrage fin est requis pour respecter l’esthétique du quartier, tout en répondant aux normes élevées d’isolation thermique. Pour satisfaire ces exigences, notre équipe utilise un vitrage sous vide, qui offre d’excellentes performances acoustiques et thermiques.
Les fenêtres ont conservé l’aspect patrimonial, tout en offrant les performances des fenêtres modernes.
Weston Park
Le Weston Park de Bath est idéalement situé à proximité de l’hôpital et du parc Victoria, offrant une agréable promenade au cœur de la ville. On y trouve deux villas impressionnantes, construites dans un style géorgien moderne et élégant, qui se dressent sur un terrain proéminent. Comme l’a noté Clarissa Picot dans Bath Life, « Donnez-leur dix ans, et elles s’intégreront parfaitement aux propriétés d’époque environnantes. »

Wilby mews
Wilby Mews, nestled within the picturesque landscape off Ladbroke Road in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, exudes charm and character.
Originally serving as stable house accommodation for the main residences on the neighboring streets, the Mews properties now boast a blend of commercial and residential spaces.
Preservation guidelines now oversee new developments within the Mews, ensuring the area’s unique heritage remains intact.
We’re proud to have provided all doors and windows for this property alteration at Wilby Mews, preserving its historic charm while enhancing functionality.
Hollywood mews
Hollywood Mews, a private cul-de-sac off Hollywood Road in Kensington and Chelsea, comprises nine residential properties within ‘The Boltons’ Conservation Area. Originally built in the 1960s, the Mews has evolved into a primarily residential space. BOISROIS was appointed to craft all windows and doors for a beautifully refurbished house within this exclusive enclave, emphasizing the Mews’ commitment to quality and design.
Appleby Blue
L’hospice Appleby Blue à Bermondsey, conçu par Witherford Watson Mann, a été construit pour loger les résidents âgés de Southwark, dans le sud de Londres.
BOISROIS a entrepris la mission complète de concevoir, produire et installer un total de 392 fenêtres, portes et moustiquaires en bois, contribuant ainsi à l’excellence architecturale de l’entreprise.
Ce projet ambitieux a non seulement démontré l’engagement de BOISROIS envers la qualité, mais a également souligné sa volonté de repousser les limites du design et de la fonctionnalité dans le domaine des solutions architecturales.
Conditioning House
A Yorkshire landmark building. Breathing new life into a Grade II listed Bradford icon, the site comprises two meticulously refurbished four-storey buildings, connected on the south side resulting in a u-shaped structure with a reinstated glass roof creating a full-height atrium beneath.
BOISROIS was apointed to design, produce and supply 584 bespoke various configuration doubleglazed inward opening windows, doors and fixed lights to retain the heritage of the original building.

Jubilee place
Working in partnership with one of our customer, we designed and manufactured replicate windows and doors for this eye-catching property in Chelsea, London.
BOISROIS manufactured 23 traditional box sliding sash windows with cord and weights design to match old windows and 3 stylish French doors with concealed hinges to enter balcony from the living room. French doors are the perfect way to lighten and brighten a space while adding architectural interest to a room. Instead of solid doors, they act as windows and let in the light and enhance the view.

Fyfield House
BOISROIS manufactured replacement wooden windows and doors for handsome double fronted house in this sought after side road in central North Oxford.
An assortment of Sash Box windows and doorsets were produced including features such as triangle windows for the rooflights.
Due to strict planning permissions, the windows were manufactured with 16mm glazing with extra clear glasses.
Richmond Hill House
Located on top of Richmond Hill opposite a grade II Listed church and within a stone’s throw of Turner’s famous view, this six bedroomed house is in an exceptional location.
BOISROIS was appointed to manufacture in total, 46 Sash windows with cord and weights, 2 french doors with sidelights, entrance door and two side doors.
The client was keen to keep the windows and doors classy and elegant, and opted for Joa’s White colour for the exterior and Worsted, Cornforth White, Skimming Stone for the interior depending on the floor.
Due to the nature of the project, owners could not be expected to put up with unwanted noise and the windows were specified to meet the specific noise reduction.
Period style entrance doors were made from hardwood and finished in Mahogany 36 Full Gloss on the outside, and Worsted Estate Eggshell on the inside, to match the interiors.
Cotswolds House
BOISROIS produced windows along with lift&slide doors from Larch for this wonderful house in the town of Costwolds. The custom 7 meters wide door was designed to open up into the living room, so the homeowner could enjoy the spectacular views of the nature while allowing the door to slide open and expand the space into the garden. When opened, it creates a 3.5 meter entrance. The client also required the door to seal firmly and tightly to prevent the winds getting through. Since the house is located in rural area, the doors were produced with enhanced security features so the house owner doesn’t have to worry about the houses safety.
